How to make a return
Subsequently, the Customer must complete and send the return form to the email address ecommerce@asaplastici.it or by post, providing all the data to demonstrate that the purchased product is eligible for this purpose. To improve the service and reduce processing times, customers are encouraged to provide all the data requested in the return form.
In the event that the data provided is insufficient, ASA Plastici S.r.l. shall have the right not to accept the non-conformity, or a quote will be issued and the product will be handled outside of the Warranty.
Once authorization for the return of the goods has been received, the customer must send the goods, at their own expense, together with a photocopy of the duly completed return form to the following address: ASA Plastici S.r.l. Via Marconi 7, 20090 Trezzano s/N – MI.
Once the product has been received and the requirements for the warranty to be effective have been verified, the customer will be contacted and informed of the estimated time for the completion of the repair or for the replacement of the Product itself.
