Subsequently, the Customer must fill in and send to the email address ecommerce@asaplastici.it or by post, the return form indicating all the data to demonstrate that the purchased product is suitable for this purpose. To improve the service and reduce intervention times, customers are invited to provide all the data requested in the return form.

In case the data provided is unsuitable ASA Plastici Srl will have the right not to accept the non-compliance, or a quote will be issued and the product will be managed out of warranty.

Once the authorization for the return of the goods has been received, the customer must send the goods together with a photocopy of the return form duly completed at his own expense to the following address: ASA Plastici Srl Via Marconi 7, 20090 Trezzano s / N – MI .

Once the product has been received and the conditions for the guarantee to operate, the customer will be contacted to be informed of the estimated time for the completion of the repair or replacement of the Product itself.
