Right of Withdrawal

Consumer

The Customer who has purchased as a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason at any time within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product (“Withdrawal Period”).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact ASA Plastici S.r.l. at 024455894

from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, or by sending an email to: ucommerciale@asaplastici.it.

For this purpose, the consumer may use the withdrawal form provided and must send it duly completed within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once authorization for the return of the goods has been received, the customer must ship, at their own expense, the goods together with a photocopy of the duly completed return form to the following address: ASA Plastici S.r.l. Via Marconi 7, 20090 Trezzano s/N – MI.

Once the integrity of the returned Products has been verified, ASA Plastici S.r.l. will refund the Consumer the full amount paid within 30 (thirty) days. The refund will be made using the credit card details provided by the Consumer at the time of placing the Order or alternatively by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the Consumer. In any case, shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the goods will not be refunded.

EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL

The right to a refund is entirely forfeited, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where ASA Plastici S.r.l. ascertains:

– the absence of the outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;

– the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, …) or anomalies to the product itself;

– damage to the product from causes other than its transport;

– a state of dirtiness of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

– The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated, or lacking original accessories and equipment will not be accepted by ASA Plastici S.r.l. and will be returned to the sender with additional transport costs.

– To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, in which the return form must also be added. In all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging must be avoided;
